It would be nice of any of you at least would respond to my repeated requests to cancel and remove my account, but besides an automated reply I never got any response of you guys, after I send a request for 5 TIMES during 1,5 month.
Your lack of communication with your users and apparent inability to fix things is reflected in the Alexa rank, where you see a decline in traffic.

Since Ask.com has purchased Bloglines it is going down the drain and I wouldn’t be surprised if we see this heading to the Techcrunch Deadpool within the next half year.
If you want this product to be alive you should put more effort into it, keep people up to date using your blog (which isn’t updated for 2 months now), and RESPOND to feedback. Do a search on Twitter for ‘Bloglines’ and see what troubles people have.
